This week BoxOffice takes a closer look at the commercial prospects for The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death, a sequel to 2012's sleeper hit, The Woman in Black. Will horror fans flock to Angel of Death in droves or will it be overshadowed by Christmas releases?

The Woman in Black: Angel of Death
(Relativity)

PROS:

- The first weekend in January has turned into a great frame to launch horror movies from.
- Brand recognition is always a plus in the horror genre.

CONS:

- Star Daniel Radcliffe has not returned for the sequel. He was definitely a big help when it came to the first film's success.
- We could see Christmas' The Interview really overshadowing Angel of Death when it comes to gaining the attention of key male demos.

Check out our prediction for this film and others in the table below.
