wib2.pngThe first weekend of 2015 sees one new wide release hit theaters, The Woman In Black 2.

The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death

PROS:

- The first film was a solid hit, earning over $54 million domestically (including a $20.9 million debut).
- The series' Facebook page has shown significant growth over the past three years, now standing at over 2.3 million fans.

CONS:

- Former Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe was a significant part of the first film's draw, but he (along with any other recognizable name) is absent this time around.
- Twitter activity is particularly poor, posting a a fraction of the buzz that the first film generated at the same point before release.
- Holiday holdovers are very likely to overshadow the sequel this weekend.
